HTP Architecture LLP seeks to work closely with every Client to produce imaginative and practical design solutions, sensitive to the site, which meet current energy and sustainability criteria. HTP have the skills and experience to prepare and submit Planning Applications that stand an excellent chance of achieving Consent. HTP also undertake the design coordination of the Professional Team, and the management of projects from inception to completion.
John Livingston and Paul Beech are the Partners based at the fully staffed HTP Head office, a 1730 Listed Building on the slopes of historic Richmond Hill, Richmond, Surrey.
Having been established for almost 50 years, HTP have been commissioned on projects throughout UK, with particular focus on London, S.E. and S.W. England.
London Boroughs in which HTP are particularly active include Richmond, Kingston, Elmbridge, Spelthorne, Croydon, Wandsworth, Greenwich, and Kensington and Chelsea.

Our associated overseas office in the Sultanate of Oman, Huckle and Partners LLC was originally founded in 1975. Tony Carpenter is the Managing Partner, Keith Jarvis and Fred Park are the Senior Associates / Project Directors. The office has earned a very high reputation in the Region for the quality of its design and expertise; it continues to win design competitions and to manage and supervise many of the most prestigious projects in the Country.
Although the HTP and Huckle and Partners focus overseas is principally in the Sultanate of Oman, masterplanning, and design schemes for residences, hotels, leisure, and government projects have also been carried out in Saudi Arabia, the Indian Ocean, Cameroon, India, and North Africa.
