HTP have over 30 years experience in the design of business space, production facilities, and warehouses.

Offices include new build and refurbished offices for owner-occupiers and developers. A UK wide rollout of DIY and garden centre buildings was carried out for a Blue Chip International Company. Completed production and manufacturing facilities include aerospace, pharmaceutical and electronic component factories up to 10,000m², and warehouses for paper storage and transport companies. Smaller schemes include shops, fast food restaurants etc in London, Twickenham, and overseas.

• New build office building in a Conservation Area in Richmond Town Centre. The building, in two units, is traditionally styled to fit in with the adjoining Victorian Cottages. The project was awarded a design Commendation by the Richmond Society.

• Refurbishment and new build office schemes in Richmond, Bookham, Leatherhead, Stevenage, Bourne End and Weybridge.
• Factory and offices for assembly of electronic robots, Devizes, Wiltshire.
• Trade Park and offices complex in Croydon, for Quintain Estates and Development PLC.
• Landmark office scheme in Maidenhead.
• Refurbishment of listed office buildings in Fitzroy square, Bedford Square and Great Russell Street.
• Branch bank premises in UK for Natwest and Barclays, HQ bank buildings in the Middle East.
• Planning Consent achieved for a 260,000sq.ft atrium office project for Land Securities PLC.
• New build and refurbishment office schemes in London for Barclays Bank, Shell, and British Land.
• Gas bottling plant and office complex, Basingstoke, for Air Products. Paper warehouses and offices.
• Onshore gas facilities in Bacton for British Gas, living accommodation modules on North Sea oil rigs (in consortium).
• Aerospace component factories in Liverpool and Bradford.
